While my aunt was visiting, we did a lot of walking. She has one of those step counters...and she does about 10,000 steps a day. Wow. I'm working on that myself now! Mom lent me one of her counters, and I have been counting my steps for a few days now. My goal is 100,000 steps per week, and so far my highest count per day is 8,000. I'm already feeling like I'm doing something good! It's nice to have a goal. With all the changes I'm making in my diet (less soda for starters) and extra exercise, I should really start to see results by the time summer rolls around!
