He IS still out there...

Bryan Dick may not have been on the screen for a while, but it's good to know he's been on the stage...

Ew. I don't like him with a beard. At. All. Shaggy hair is good, shaggy beard is no, no, no!!!!

And, yes, q, I know Sold probably sucked, but I still want to see it. Meanwhile, I did find Bryan-centered clips from it on You Tube....

So damn cute...

There. I haven't had a fangirl moment in ages. I feel better now.

I LIKED Sold. It was cute and entertaining. And Bryan was really good in it (of course).

And the beard... um... NO. BAD BRYAN. NO BEARD.

Man, I love him. I was in Carlisle today and part of my brain was going "Bryan's from here! Yay!"

Hmmm. I've heard Carlisle is a nice little city. And from what I've read, Bryan misses it and goes home whenever he can.

I want to see Sold, dammit! I wish BBC America would pick it up. I've had no luck finding a download source.

I didn't see much of it - only the outskirts. I was visiting some nearby stuff with my class.

I got lucky with Sold - ITV.com was still streaming it online when I moved here, so I watched the whole series my first week in the UK. Unfortunately, they aren't offering it any more, so I can't catch it again before I leave in a week.

Speaking of Bryan, I just watched the rest of Twenty Thousand Streets, and it made me cry. *SNIFF* Don't go to sea, Bryan! You'll get flogged and killed! I really liked Ella. And I was captivated by her hair. Poor dear girl.

If you can find the book (by Patrick Hamilton), you should read it! It's even better than the movie. It's actually a trilogy of novellas.
