F****** Post Office!

One of my orders, which I shipped out two weeks ago, has not arrived at its destination, and the customer is pissed off at me. It's hardly my fault- I used the address she gave and put the right amount of postage on it, but it's just now getting there. Dammit. That means I'll get a bad rating for something I had no control over. :(

You just need to remind the customer that weather has been HORRIBLE all of the country, and please consider that.

I sent out two different packages a week ago Monday, one for something I sold on eBay, and one for a family member. The family member *just* got their package yesterday. Both were sent priority (2-3 days).

I did email the buyer the other day and asked them to let me know if they didn't receive the package by Monday, so I could start an insurance claim.

Don't worry about it too much.

Aww!!! Well tell her to look at the postmark, so she can see that you did your part. And does this mean it's arrived now? At least she'll have it in time for Christmas, right?

I ordered a bunch of gifts for my boyfriend weeks ago and so far only one small item has made it to my doorstep. Christmas crunch + weather = delays. It just happens.

This customer needs to take a number and calm the fuck down.
