Do. Not. Want.

I'm about to go to bed before 10:30 p.m., something I almost never do. For some reason, I'm feeling exhausted, both physically and mentally. I hope my depression isn't making one of its visits (which have been less and less frequent with my new meds, thank God!). This is not a good week- it's Holy Week. Two choir practices, choir breakfast Saturday, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services, two services on Easter Sunday, shopping and cooking Easter dinner for 10 people. Mom is still somewhat out of commission because of her eye, so I'm doing most of the work. I don't mind, but I'm already so tired!

I guess it's good that I'm tired tonight. Maybe a couple of extra hours of sleep will make me feel better.

Shouldn't there be a day of rest in all that somewhere?

Although admittedly my religious knowledge is fuzzy...

The day of rest begins after the dinner is eaten, the dishes washed, and the guests have departed. :p

I don't even get to rest on Easter Monday- I'm spending the day in D.C.! But at least that will be fun.
